Therapy for Relationship Issues
Friendly Conversation
Are you feeling lonely, misunderstood, or frustrated in your relationships? Humans are social creatures, and we all need connection. At times we find ourselves enacting the same patterns over and over, or weighed down with tough emotions because of a relationship change. Therapy is a nonjudgmental space to clarify what you are experiencing in your relationships: family, friends, and romantic.
I use a cognitive behavioral and strengths-focused approach to help you understand how beliefs about your self, your worth, others’ intentions, and your needs are showing up in your relationships and playing out in your emotions. Therapy can be a place to unpack the history of your patterns, to practice new strategies for communication, and to connect in new ways. I also invite feedback to explore how feelings in the therapy relationship shine a light on your experience in other relationships.
Online Therapy for Relationship Issues
Therapy is a non-judgmental space to sort out your relationships. I'm a clinical psychologist based in Manhattan and currently offering therapy via video sessions to patients located all throughout New York state. Online therapy is flexible and accessible. Sessions are held via a secure video chat so we can speak face to face while you are in a comfortable and private setting.
