Are you feeling depleted and down most of the time? When you’re depressed, just getting out of bed can feel like a struggle. In therapy, you will have the time and space to consider your goals and values as well as areas where you feel stuck.
With empathy, I will work with you to get to the root of depressive symptoms and to begin to revitalize your experience. This might mean addressing internal criticism, sadness, low motivation and energy, as well as the impact these symptoms have had on your sense of self and the other dimensions of your life. Sometimes it's okay to not feel okay. Therapy is a non-judgmental space where you can just be without needing to 'put on a happy face'. Together, we can support you where you're at right now while helping you to make a change at your own pace.
