With cognitive behavioral therapy, we will explore the ways your beliefs about yourself and your world are affected by this life change. And we will empower you to navigate the emotional ups and downs along the way. This doesn't mean "turning off" your feelings, but rather understanding them and finding a way to experience them as you move forward.

I'm a clinical psychologist based in Manhattan and currently offering therapy via video sessions to patients located all throughout New York state. Online therapy is flexible and accessible. Sessions are held via a secure video chat so we can speak face to face while you are in a comfortable and private setting.
